During the Kunstbienalen in Nice : " séduction suedoise" we had the pleasure welcoming the artist Mrs. Monika Boström at the Hotel  Villa Rivoli.  The titel of the above aquarelle is " mon histoire".

BASTILLE DAY IN NICE, 14th OF JULY: festivities from 8.30 pm closed to the Hotel Villa Rivoli, on the Promenade des Anglais .

8.30pm – Prom’ Party (free entry). Situated on the Promenade des Anglais on the waterfront, the area is divided into 7 musical stages with acts ranging from pop rock, latino music, a DJ, orchestral music and roaming musicians. Bands start at 9.30pm, followed by a fireworks display.

Better to go by the sea to St - Tropez, than by car. You won't be in a traffic jam. A lovely trip passing by the islands and the Esterel mountains. Leaving at 9 a.m at the harbor in NICE ( easily reachable by bus from the Hotel Villa Rivoli) arriving at 11.30 am at the new port in St. Tropez. You are in walking distance to the old port with all the famous cafés and restaurants. Distance to the beaches " Pampelonne" will be around 30 min. walk . Departure from St. Tropez to Nice is at 4.30 p.m. and you will arrive at around 7p.m. . Great day !
